Services
Before your scheduled visit you will be asked to fill out an intake form, a questionaire and often a 3-day diet diary. Also, any recent labwork is also requested. These can be scanned and emailed or faxed to the office. All of this information will be analyzed prior to your visit.
During a phone visit you will be asked to tell your story, health history, and other details pertaining to your concern.
After the visit Dr. Sunshine will create a plan. This will be emailed for you to look over.
Every visit is about you! So each plan is taylored individually and must have your seal of approval.
Follow-up visits will then be arranged accordingly.
Labwork and Testing
Basic labwork is necessary to get an understanding of general organ function, to test cholesterol levels and thyroid efficiency.
Recent labwork done by other doctors may be sent as long as it is current pertaining to your main complaint.
Dr. Sunshine can order lab work as needed.Alternative Labs and Testing
Dr. Sunshine also works with Food-Sensitivity, Nutrient Deficiency Evaluations and Hormone Testing.
These options can be discussed at your first visit.
